Note:
- This fee is all inclusive (e.g., radiologist services, technical services, contrast, facility fee, multiple scans and report.
Other:
- Payment for MRI services includes completion and submission of the report to the WSIB. Therefore, a separate report fee should not be submitted to the WSIB.
- Written request with medical rationale is required when seeking approval to book the same services on more than one day.

MRI services must be provided by Ministry of Health & Long Term Care of Ontario approved facilities.
