Requirements regarding privacy of worker information under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) have been adhered to regarding the release of this information to employers. Employers will receive summary reports only.
Information in these assessment summary reports helps injured workers and employers match workers to work-related tasks that will be safe and sustainable.
