What are the billing codes:
- MPOCSB1
- MPOCMB1 (if treatment for multiple zones was approved and delivered)
What do I need to do to get payment?
- Complete block one of treatment
- Submit initial assessment report within two business days from the assessment date in block one and mid-point report within two business days of the last treatment session in block one through WSIB online services
- Submit bill electronically for the block using the TELUS Health Provider Portal
- Enter the service date as the date of the first treatment visit in block one
- Enter the number of visits delivered within block one
What will I be paid?
- $560 is paid for block one (single zone)
- $840 is paid for block one (multiple zones)
- Payment will not be processed for block one until the initial assessment and mid-point reports have been received
- If fewer than the minimum number of visits (five) are delivered, the block fee is reduced by 50%

- MPOCSB2
- MPOCMB2 (if treatment for multiple zones was approved and delivered)
What do I need to do to get payment?
- Complete block two of treatment
- Submit care and outcomes summary report within two business days of the last treatment session in block two or whenever discharge occurs through the WSIB online services
- Submit bill electronically for the block using the TELUS Health Provider Portal
- Enter the service date as the date of the first treatment visit in block two
- Enter the number of visits delivered within block two
What will I be paid?
- $350 is paid for block two (single zone)
- $525 is paid for block two (multiple zones)
- Payment will not be processed for block two until the care and outcomes summary report has been received
- If fewer than the minimum number of visits (four) are delivered, the block fee is reduced by 50%

- MPOCSSB
- MPOCMSB (if treatment for multiple zones was approved and delivered)
What do I need to do to get payment?
- Complete supplementary block of treatment
- Submit supplementary report within two business days of the last treatment session in the supplementary block or whenever discharge occurs through WSIB online services
- Submit bill electronically for the supplementary block using the TELUS Health Provider Portal
- Enter the service date as the date of the first treatment visit in the supplementary block
- Enter the number of visits delivered within the supplementary block
What will I be paid?
- $245 is paid for supplementary block (single zone)
- $370 is paid for supplementary block (multiple zones)
- Payment will not be processed for supplementary block until the supplementary report has been received
- If fewer than the minimum number of visits (three) are delivered, the block fee is reduced by 50%
Musculoskeletal program of care reporting (initial, mid-point, care and outcomes summary and supplementary)
Submit all reports through WSIB online services
What are the billing codes:
- Electronic billing of all reports is required through the TELUS Health Provider Portal to receive payment
- MPOCIAF (Initial assessment)
- MPOCMPF (Mid-point)
- MPOCCOS (Care and outcomes summary)
- MPOCSBF (Supplementary)
What do I need to do to get payment?
- Submit the reporting after completion of the associated service (assessment or block of treatment)
- Payment of the block will be pending receipt of the associated report(s).
What will I be paid?
- $50 paid when the initial assessment report has been received
- $30 paid when mid-point report has been received
- $50 paid when the care and outcomes summary report has been received
- $50 paid when the supplementary report has been received
Electronic billing is required through the WSIB’s payment processor, TELUS Health
Providers must sign up for an online services login or sign into their online services account to submit musculoskeletal program of care forms.
