You can access your monthly statement of account anywhere, anytime through our online services.

Online services

Simply log in through our website A visual of the WSIB’s online services log in page with an email address and password that are being typed in.
Go to ‘View your balance, account activities and statements’ and then click ‘Go.’A visual of the different online services available to users. A box appears around ‘View your balance, account activities and statements.’ The user clicks on ‘Go.’ 
You’ll be asked to sign up if you’re trying to view your statement for the first time.  Visual of the WSIB’s online services with the header ‘Enrol an account in our online service for statements.’ The page has information about what the administrator for the account can do. The user then clicks on ‘Continue.’

This is the amount paid to the account not the premium reported.  The last amount paid, not the amount reported.

To view your statement of account, click ‘Show’ next to ‘Statement of account,’ and then click ‘View.’

You won’t see a statement if your account has no transactions in the previous month. A box appears around the dates on the left-hand side of the screen.  
You’ll also be able to view your total and overdue balances, as well as your account transactions.

Your monthly statement of account shows your account balance, amount due and the due date at the top of your statement.

Transactions after the ‘As at’ date will be on your next statement. Next, you’ll find the transaction description showing the opening balance. This is the amount owing since your last payment.

The user scrolls down on the statement to show the transaction description. A blue box appears around the details underneath the transaction description. 

You’ll also see a breakdown of the transactions during this statement period. The user scrolls down the rest of the first page of the statement of account. 
If your opening balance is in brackets, this means you have a credit balance, which can be applied to your next payment. A close up with a box around the words ‘Amount due’ and the ‘Amount paid’ in the bottom right-hand corner of the statement. User clicks on ‘Businesses’ tab at the top of the screen, then ‘Premiums and payments, and then ‘How to report and pay your premiums.’

Sign up for email notifications by clicking ‘manage notifications,’ selecting your preferences and clicking, ‘Save.’
