Upcoming changes to online reporting

We’re making it easier for businesses to work with us by improving the way you report injuries and illnesses online.

Starting this spring, you can report an injury, illness, exposure incident, noise-induced hearing loss or fatality directly through our online services. This will replace the previous online reporting option; however, you’ll still be able to view draft reports started in that service for 30 days and the status of submitted reports for 90 days.

Using this new option, you’ll be able to provide more of the information we need upfront to process a claim – so you’ll have a reduced number of follow ups from us and we can get people the support they need to recover and return to work.

We’re always looking for ways to make it easier to work with us. This means streamlining our processes to ensure we can get people the support they need to recover and return to work. For more information about our online services, check out our Online services FAQs for businesses.
