If you need to report your premiums:
You can email employeraccounts@wsib.on.ca and include the following information:
- account number
- legal name
- reporting period
- NAICS code and description
- insurable earnings
- premium amount
If you need to pay your premiums you can do so:
- online or by telephone banking through your financial institution
- through your CRA My Business Account
- through Paymentus online, or by phone at 1-855-288-7459
- by mailing a cheque to PO Box 4115, Station A, Toronto, ON M5W 2V3. Please write your account number on your cheque.
