Operational Policy Manual
The Operational Policy Manual (OPM) is the source of operational policy for the WSIB. It contains policies that the WSIB uses to make decisions about rights and obligations, such as:
- coverage and injury/illness reporting
- health care, return to work and recovery
- occupational diseases
- benefits and services
- employer premiums
- compliance, and
- other related workplace safety and insurance matters
